Answer

Fludarabine as a single agent has demonstrated activity in MCL. It has been used, with or without rituximab, in the following combinations:

  • Fludarabine, mitoxantrone, and dexamethasone (FND)
  • Fludarabine and cyclophosphamide (FC) [16]
  • Fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, mitoxantrone (FCM)
