The following conditions should be considered in the differential diagnosis of diffuse large cell lymphomas:

  • Benign inoculation lymphoreticulosis

  • Follicular lymphoma

  • Lymphoblastic lymphoma

  • Malignant anaplastic (Ki 1+) lymphoma

  • Mantle cell lymphoma

  • Mediastinal lymphoma

  • Lymphomatoid granulomatosis

  • Sarcoidosis

  • Tuberculosis
