National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines note that that grade 3B is commonly treated as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), whereas opinion is divided on whether to treat grade 3A as FL or DLBCL. FL of any grade that is found to contain an area of DLBCL should be managed as a DLBCL. [27]
