After a striking increase in incidence rates between 1970 and 1995 (which may in part have reflected improved diagnosis), the rates of new non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) cases stabilzed. From 2007-2016, rates of new cases fell on average 0.9% each year and death rates fell on average 2.2% each year. [2]
