How is the BEACOPP regimen administered in Hodgkin lymphoma (Hodgkin disease)?

The escalated BEACOPP regimen is given every 3 weeks for eight cycles, as follows:

  • Bleomycin: 10 mg/m 2, day 8
  • Etoposide: 200 mg/m 2, days 1-3
  • Doxorubicin: 35 mg/m 2, day 1
  • Cyclophosphamide: 1,250 mg/m 2, day 1
  • Vincristine: 1.4 mg/m 2, day 8
  • Procarbazine: 100 mg/m 2, days 1-7
  • Prednisone: 40 mg/m 2, days 1-14
