The Stanford V regimen is given as follows [62] :

  • Vinblastine: 6 mg/m 2, weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11
  • Doxorubicin: 25 mg/m 2, weeks 1, 3, 5, 9, 11
  • Vincristine: 1.4 mg/m 2, weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
  • Bleomycin: 5 units/m 2, weeks 2, 4, 8, 10, 12
  • Mechlorethamine: 6 mg/m 2, weeks 1, 5, 9
  • Etoposide: 60 mg/m 2 twice daily, weeks 3, 7, 11
  • Prednisone: 40 mg/m 2, every other day, weeks 1-10, tapered weeks 11, 12
  • Radiation therapy to bulky sites 2-4 weeks following the end of chemotherapy
