Answer

In a study that evaluated data for unrelated matched HCT versus mismatched transplants, the probability of graft failure at 100 days after using a 1-antigen mismatched, related donor was 21%, whereas the probability was 25% for a greater-than-1-antigen mismatched, related donor; 15% for a matched, unrelated donor; and 18% for a mismatched, unrelated donor.
