Answer

Currently, antithymocyte globulin (ATG) with cyclophosphamide is a commonly used conditioning regimen for transplantations in aplastic anemia. The addition of ATG to cyclophosphamide for conditioning has resulted in infrequent graft rejections, as well as improved overall survival. [21, 70, 71, 75]
