Answer

Guidelines for pharmacologic intervention in women who are at increased risk for breast cancer, but do not have a personal history of breast cancer, have been issued by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) [189] and the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). [190] The guidelines differ in their classification of increased risk and in their inclusion of women with lobular carcinoma in situ (LCIS).
