  • Asian, Hispanic, or Pacific islander race
  • Breastfeeding
  • Age < 20 at first pregnancy
  • Tamoxifen use
  • Prior risk-reduction breast surgery
  • History of cervical cancer
  • History of oophorectomy
  • Exercise/active lifestyle
  • Low bone mineral density
