Marjolin ulcers arising from burns or osteomyelitis have been treated with wide local excision, amputation, and lymph node dissection. Because pressure injury carcinoma is substantially more aggressive, more radical treatment (eg, hemicorporectomy and regional node dissection) is required if a cure is to be effected. [68, 66]
