Answer

A review of randomized clinical trials using adalimumab in the treatment of Crohn disease recommended initiating adalimumab as a loading dose of 160/80 mg subcutaneously at week 0/week 2, followed by 40 mg every other week as a maintenance dose in order to determine whether there is a response.
