Answer

For patients who receive fibrinolytic therapy, a loading dose of clopidogrel 300 mg followed by a daily maintenance dose of 75 mg should be given, preferably for 1 year or a minimum of 14 days. The use of other P2Y12 receptor inhibitor agents in patients treated with fibrinolysis has not been prospectively studied. [2]
