The NRP should be completed by all clinicians—including physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists—who may be involved in the stabilization and resuscitation of neonates in the delivery room. [23] In the 2015 AHA guidelines, a revised recommendation suggests that neonatal resuscitation training occur more frequently than the current 2-year interval. [43]
