  • Adult BLS [57]

  • Adult ACLS, including post–cardiac arrest care [58]

  • Acute coronary syndromes [59]

  • Pediatric BLS and ALS [60]

  • Neonatal resuscitation [61]

  • Education, implementation, and teams (EIT) [62]
