  • Proximal plantar fasciitis
  • Fat pad atrophy
  • Plantar fascia rupture
  • Tarsal tunnel syndrome
  • Compression of the first branch of the lateral plantar nerve
  • Plantar fasciitis coexisting with compression of the first branch of the lateral plantar nerve
  • Stress fracture of the calcaneus
  • Bone tumor or bone cyst
