The following renal disease may result in exudative retinal detachment:

  • Lupus nephritis

  • Crescentic membranous nephropathy

  • Goodpasture syndrome

  • Patients on hemodialysis

  • IgA nephropathy

  • Type II membrane proliferative glomerulonephritis

  • Chronic renal failure
