Examine for the following:

  • Narrow-angle depth

  • Angle recession

  • Heavy pigmentation of TM (pigment dispersion)

  • Patchy pigmentation of TM (pseudoexfoliation)

  • Hemorrhage

  • Inflammatory changes

  • Angle closure

  • Peripheral anterior synechiae

  • Neovascularization of the angle
