Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures

Reflex Epilepsy

Shuddering Attacks

Status Epilepticus

Breath-holding spells are another differential.

Staring spells, daydreaming, migraine equivalents, and panic and/or anxiety attacks all may be confused with nonconvulsive seizures.
