Cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy (in addition to some listed above) includes the following:

  • Myocardial infarction

  • Neuropathic arrhythmias (eg, Wolff-Parkinson–White syndrome, sick sinus syndrome)

  • Volume depletion

  • Drugs
