Answer

Answer

Mitoxantrone has been associated with low birth weight and abnormal fetal kidney development in animal studies. Rats treated with mitoxantrone had an increased incidence of preterm labor. [50] Because of its known risk in pregnancy, mitoxantrone should not be used in pregnant patients.
