CGRP Monoclonal Antibodies

Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) is a potent vasodilator and is a key neuropeptide that is thought to be a central component of headache pathophysiology.

Galcanezumab (Emgality, galcanezumab-gnlm)

Monoclonal antibody that targets CGRP. It is indicated for treatment of episodic cluster headache in adults.
