  • Acyclovir 400 mg PO twice daily

  • Valacyclovir 500-1000 mg PO once daily

  • Famciclovir 250 mg PO twice daily

  • Acyclovir 400-800 mg PO 2-3 times per day

  • Valacyclovir 500 mg PO twice daily

  • Famciclovir 500 mg PO twice daily
