  • Hypertrophic lichen planus

  • Atrophic lichen planus

  • Erosive/ulcerative lichen planus

  • Follicular lichen planus (lichen planopilaris)

  • Annular lichen planus

  • Linear lichen planus

  • Vesicular and bullous lichen planus

  • Actinic lichen planus

  • Lichen planus pigmentosus

  • Lichen planus pemphigoides
