  • Ulceration

  • Telangiectasias

  • Atrophie blanche

  • Interdigital mycosis

  • Acrocyanosis

  • Eczematous lesions

  • Microulcers

  • Stasis dermatitis

  • Flat angiomata

  • Prominent varicose veins

  • Scars from a prior surgical operation

  • Evidence of previous sclerosant injections
