This drug is indicated to improve hair growth by stimulating vasodilation.

Minoxidil topical (Rogaine)

Minoxidil topical relaxes arteriolar smooth muscle, causing vasodilation. Hair growth effects are secondary to vasodilation. It is available as 2% and 5% solutions.
