This class is for the treatment of reflux symptoms resulting from esophageal dysmotility.

Omeprazole (Prilosec)

Omeprazole decreases gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the parietal cell H+/K+ ATP pump.

Lansoprazole (Prevacid)

Lansoprazole inhibits gastric acid secretion.
