Medications that may be required include the following:

  • Iohexol
  • Normal saline (preservative-free)
  • Lidocaine 1%
  • Ropivacaine or bupivacaine 0.5% (preservative-free)
  • Corticosteroids (preservative-free and water-soluble), such as methylprednisolone or triamcinolone diacetate
  • OnabotulinumtoxinA
