| The British Journal of Diabetes & Vascular Disease is the only UK journal which bridges general practice, specialist care in hospitals and clinics and health policy to provide comprehensive insights into diabetes and vascular disease - the primary cause of death and disability in this high-risk population. It has been launched at a time when interest in the management of type 2 diabetes is rapidly increasing. It provides general practitioners and specialists in diabetes and cardiology, with treatment strategies, therapeutic reviews and analyses of clinical trials which affect daily practice. At the same time, it also reviews and discusses the practical implications of health policy e.g. the National Service Frameworks. |
