Learning Objectives

  • Describe the response rate and side effect profiles associated with cytokine therapy;
  • List the mechanism of action and indications for use of newer targeted agents for unresectable and recurrent kidney cancer;
  • Discuss the sequencing of systemic therapy following progression after first-line therapy.
