 | Hamartomatous polyposis syndromes are a heterogeneous group of inherited autosomal dominant syndromes that predispose to cancers and have divergent clinical features, and together account for less than 1% of colon cancer cases. They include juvenile polyposis syndrome, Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, and PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome, which includes Cowden's syndrome, Bannayan-Riley-Ruvalcaba syndrome, and all syndromes that are germline PTEN mutations. - Hamartomatous Polyposis Syndromes
