Learning Objectives Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to: - Recognize early stages of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by clinical presentation, using confirmatory laboratory and radiology results as indicators of disease severity
- Implement current, evidence-based management strategies for treating RA in the primary care
clinical setting
- Include consideration of patient cardiovascular, infectious disease, and musculoskeletal comorbidities during RA treatment
- Collaborate with the patient's clinical team, including the rheumatologist and primary care healthcare practitioners, including nursing, during RA management
