Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. Long-axis view through the hypertrophied pylorus shows a thickened, hypoechoic muscularis layer and an elongated pyloric channel. Hypoechoic glucose solution in antrum creates an excellent acoustic window. Adjacent gallbladder is a useful landmark for finding the pylorus.
