take 1 tablet (200 mg) by oral route every 8 hours
take 2 tablets (400 mg) by oral route every 8 hours
take 1 tablet (200 mg) by oral route every 6 hours
take 2 tablets (400 mg) by oral route every 6 hours
take 1 tablet (200 mg) by oral route every 12 hours
take 2 tablets (400 mg) by oral route every 12 hours
Epilepsy
take 1 tablet (200 mg) by oral route every 8 hours
take 2 tablets (400 mg) by oral route every 8 hours
take 1 tablet (200 mg) by oral route every 6 hours

CARBAMAZEPINE/VORICONAZOLE - Decreased effect of the latter drug
SELECTED ANTICONVULSANTS/DELAVIRDINE; ETRAVIRINE - Decreased effect of the latter drug
CARBAMAZEPINE/NEFAZODONE - Decreased effect of the latter drug

Severe Interaction:
Action is required to reduce the risk of severe adverse interaction.
