Dosage and Uses

Adult Min/Max Dose: 50.0mg/150.0mg
Pediatric Min/Max Dose: 0.3mg/kg/3.0mg/kg

Common Dosages by Indication:
Ankylosing Spondylitis
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 2 times per day
Dysmenorrhea
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 3 times per day
Osteoarthritis
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 2 times per day
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 3 times per day
Pain
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 3 times per day
Rheumatoid Arthritis
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 2 times per day
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 3 times per day
take 1 tablet (50 mg) by oral route 4 times per day


All Labeled Uses: Ankylosing Spondylitis, Dysmenorrhea, Osteoarthritis, Pain, Rheumatoid Arthritis
Unlabeled Uses: Bursitis, Renal Colic, Tendonitis


Drug-Drug Interactions

Contraindicated Drug Combination:
Clearly contraindicated in all cases and should not be dispensed or administered to the same patient:
SELECTED NEPHROTOXIC AGENTS/CIDOFOVIR - Adverse reaction with both drugs
NSAID;ASPIRIN/KETOROLAC - Adverse reaction with both drugs

Severe Interaction:
Action is required to reduce the risk of severe adverse interaction.
NSAID'S/ORAL SODIUM PHOSPHATE - Adverse reaction of the latter drug
SELECTED NSAIDS; ASPIRIN/PEMETREXED - Increased effect of the latter drug
NSAIDS/METHOTREXATE - Increased effect of the latter drug

Moderate Interaction:
Assess the risk to the patient and take action as needed.
NSAIDS/LITHIUM - Increased effect of the latter drug
SELECTED NSAIDS/PROBENECID - Increased effect of the former drug
NSAIDS/ERLOTINIB - Adverse reaction of the latter drug
NSAIDS/TENOFOVIR - Additive side effects from both drugs
NSAIDS/DROSPIRENONE - Additive side effects from both drugs
NSAIDS; ASPIRIN/SSRI'S; SNRI'S - Adverse reaction with both drugs
NSAIDS/SELECTED PLATELET AGGREGATION INHIBITORS - Additive side effects from both drugs
NSAIDS/HEPARINS - Additive side effects from both drugs
NSAIDS/ANTICOAGULANTS - Increased effect of the latter drug
NSAIDS/CYCLOSPORINE - Adverse reaction with both drugs
SELECTED NSAIDS/TRIAMTERENE; AMILORIDE - Adverse reaction of the latter drug
SELECTED NSAIDS/ACE INHIBITORS; ARB'S - Decreased effect of the latter drug

Precaution: USE NOT RECOMMENDED, MAY CAUSE ADVERSE EFFECT.

Abdominal Swelling, Angina, Conduction Disorder of the Heart, Dizziness, Esophageal Ulcer, Flatulence, Gastric Ulcer, Gastrointestinal Ulcer, Peptic Ulcer, Pruritus of Skin, Skin Rash, Tinnitus
